Founded in 12TH November 1986, SWACHEN ENTERPRISE a Sole proprietorship company located in the heart of Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania was formed as a
General Trading Company. In the year 1989 it advanced to Building Maintenance, metal fabrication. With time passing and in- crease in work load as workforce
Swachen Enterprise registered with the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) as a registered Building Contractor In the 19TH Day of April, 1999 and at the same time changing into a Partnership Concern with three partners.
In the year 2011 Swachen Enterprises changed its status from Partership to a Limited company and finally known as Swachen Enterprises limited. At the same time it updated its status in CRB to building Class 5.
In October 2016, the Company registered for Civil contractor in class 5. Since then the company is growing and developing with time & and serving many more.
